As MD of SUMMIT South ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥, I am passionate about helping business owners overcome the frustrations of hitting a sales plateau, working with them to drive growth while building a framework for high performing teams. ÌýI have seen first hand the magic that can happen when you have an empowered team and that is the driving force behind what I do…both as a growth guide & executive coach and in the past as a company director for multi-national businesses.

I’m also hostess with the mostess (!) at YAB (Your Affordable Board) a safe space for SME business leaders to admit that running a business can be lonely and a place to get structured support for business challenges and opportunities. There is clearly a strong need for this as the community has grown from 1 group meeting in Ardwick to 3 groups meeting across South ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥ (Stockport, Trafford, Central ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥).
