Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Greater ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥ Chamber of Commerce will be held at Elliot House, 151 Deansgate, ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥, M3 3WD on Friday 25th April 2025 at 11.00am. To be followed by the Chamber’s Spring Assembly 11.30 – 12.30.
This event will be held in person with a live streaming facility planned.
Votes on resolutions will be held in the room on the day of the AGM and voting by proxy will be available for those unable to attend on the day.
Proxy forms with appropriate resolutions will be sent out on or shortly after 4th April Ìý2025.

Under Article 46 of the Chamber’s constitution, members are entitled to nominate candidates for election to the Chamber’s Assembly. Nominations are requested in writing and must be received by the Chamber no later than 28th March 2025. They must give their name, address, date of birth, occupation and, where appropriate, name of Member Company represented by the candidate. In addition we would request a brief statement detailing reasons for seeking election to the Greater ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥ Chamber of Commerce Assembly. This will assist in the case of a contested election. Nominations should also state the name and member company of the candidate’s proposer and seconder. A copy of the Directors’ Report andÌý accounts will be available on our website no later than 21 days prior to the AGM.
Attendees to the AGM are also free to attend the Chamber’s Spring Assembly which immediately follows the meeting.
