Assembly

The Assemblygives Chamber members the opportunity to bring forward business issues, discuss their impact and agree on anyaction that needs taking.

It plays a crucial role on behalf of the Chamber's members – it acts as a sounding board, a decision-making group and a focal point to tackle business issues across the Greater ֱ business community.

Our quarterly meetings, chaired by Chamber PresidentEmma Holt, remain a vital and valued element of our work on behalf of our members. With open forum debate, interactive voting and expert speakers, there are a number of ways for members to get involved. You can become an elected Assembly member or one of our Local Presidents – a more formal role in the Assembly, championing local business issues.

If you are interested in joining Assembly as an elected member clickhere– nominations run until 28thMarch

Assembly members get advanced notice to meetings with key local and national political and business leaders, as well as other opportunities to play a major role in other parts of the Chamber's work.
